Minimum of 15 hours of support per month, starting at $11,250 HKD.

Premium Support

Take your support to the next level by including someone who has the experience to manage and implement your online marketing strategies.

With this package you are hiring a part-time Marketing Assistant, Advertising Coordinator or Social Media Manager, and a Website Support Assistant can be included.

Minimum of 10 hours of support per month, starting at $4,500 HKD.

Standard Support

Focus on what you love to do by letting go and delegating your everyday admin and customer service tasks to your skilled and dedicated Client Manager.

With this package you are hiring a part-time Personal Assistant, Customer Services Representative, Administration Assistant or Sales/Support Coordinator.

Minimum of 10 hours of support per month, starting at $3,500 HKD.

As your Virtual Business Manager, we harmoniously combine the major function of your business (sales, marketing, operations, and finance), and manage your day-to-day issues.

Our role is literally the glue that holds the people, processes, systems, and strategy of the company together, allowing you the energy and time to focus on strategic growth. We work with multiple 6-figure clients who spend way too much time managing and not enough time leading and serving.

The type of support you can receive from our Platinum Support package:

  • project management
  • system improvements
  • developing SOPs
  • managing team performance
  • work and communication flow 

Our Platinum Support package is customised based on your needs.

The types of tasks completed using our Premium Support package are:

  • creating simple website banners and online advertisements
  • creating and managing social media accounts
  • monitoring and replying to social media comments or messages
  • writing social media posts and measuring engagement
  • technical support for web conferencing
  • implementation and management of banner advertising, Google Adwords, Facebook and LinkedIn ads
  • copywriting and copy-editing blog posts, newsletter content and articles
  • building templates, A/B testing, autoresponders and list segmentation for EDMs/newsletters
  • WordPress backups, updates, posting blog posts etc.

Plus all tasks within the Standard Support package.
