Starting out as an independent virtual assistant, Nicole Graham has evolved her business into a boutique business support agency. Starting out in 2007, Nicole celebrates 15 years in business in June 2022.
In 2010, Nicole re-branded to Bauhinia Solutions, and to ensure a consistent and reliable support service, the evolution from collaborating with freelancers, to employing her own team began. As Nicole built the team, support evolved from purely traditional administration tasks to sending newsletters, coordinating events, and managing social media marketing.
Our business journey has led us down the path of supporting established coaches and facilitators who often found themselves ‘doing it all’. It was a natural fit because prior to moving to Hong Kong, Nicole had a successful career in the Learning & Development field and therefore, has an excellent understanding of what it takes to work in the human resources, organisational development and training fields.
