Sun Secretarial Services Limited, established in 2012, is a trusted professional services firm based in Hong Kong. The company specialises in company formation, corporate secretarial support, and visa and immigration consultancy for both local and international clients. With a strong reputation for accuracy, compliance, and client service, the firm plays a vital role in helping businesses navigate Hong Kong’s regulatory and immigration landscape.
When the company directors, Vinod and Priya approached us, they were seeking their very first website. They wanted a modern and professional online presence that would reflect the quality of their services and make it easy for potential clients to understand what they offer. The brief was clear: create a website that is clean, well-structured, user-friendly, and aligned with their brand values of trust, efficiency, and reliability.
Utilising a WordPress theme, we customised the colours to reflect the brand, and highlight Sun Secretarial’s core service areas—company setup, corporate governance, and immigration support – in a way that is both visually appealing and easy to navigate. The site features a fresh, minimalist design, with intuitive navigation and clear calls-to-action, allowing visitors to quickly access service details, browse informative blog content, or get in touch with the team.

MindNLife Psychology Practice, founded by clinical psychologist Dr. Quratulain Zaidi, is a respected psychology practice based in Hong Kong and the UK. The MindNLife team provides comprehensive mental health services for individuals, children, couples, and families – guided by a deep commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.
When Dr. Zaidi approached us, the practice was in the middle of a website rebuild that had been abandoned partway through by a previous developer. With the project stalled, MindNLife needed expert support to not only complete the site but also ensure it was thoughtfully structured, easy to navigate, and aligned with the values and professionalism of the practice.
We stepped in to review and refine the existing build, offering guidance on layout, readability, and overall user experience. We helped source and design imagery that reflected the warmth and inclusivity of the brand, and restructured content to ensure it was clear, accessible, and client-focused.
The final website is modern, intuitive, and functional, making it easier for clients to find relevant services, read informative blog posts, book appointments, and stay connected through contact forms, newsletters, and social media. Behind the scenes, we also improved the site’s systems to support better community engagement and practice growth.

The Women Entrepreneurs Network (WEN) is a dynamic and inclusive platform with a clear mission: is to empower and educate women entrepreneurs to scale their business through knowledge and networking. Through a combination of community, connection, and practical resources, WEN provides a space where women business owners can grow, scale, and thrive. From curated networking opportunities and educational events to mentorship and sponsorships, WEN is committed to helping women succeed at every stage of their entrepreneurial journey.
As the network evolved and its membership expanded, the WEN team recognized the need to elevate their online presence. Their existing website no longer reflected the energy and professionalism of the organization, nor did it offer the functionality needed to serve a growing and engaged community. They wanted a refreshed site that conveyed warmth, inclusivity, and trust—while also positioning WEN as a credible, forward-thinking hub for women-led businesses.
We partnered with The Women Entrepreneurs Network to redesign their website from the ground up. We selected a vibrant yet professional color palette to reflect the brand’s empowering spirit, and structured the site to improve usability and access to key resources. The redesigned site includes clear navigation to event listings, program information, sponsorship opportunities, and member resources—ensuring visitors can easily find what they need and feel welcomed into the WEN community.
The result is a modern, user-friendly website that supports WEN’s mission, strengthens their brand identity, and provides a strong foundation for continued growth and engagement.
