The Evolution of Bauhinia Solutions

Welcome to 2013!

My business has come along way since 2007 when I taught small business owners how to user their computer software. At that stage I wasn’t sure what I was going to do and had been resisting the natural flow of potential clients in need of administration support.

The evolution of Bauhinia Solutions Limited has taken five and a half years… and truthfully, I didn’t get serious about my business until late 2009 when I re-branded and gathered a small team.  Bauhinia has evolved from a one-man-band to a team… from offering a menu of services to now specialising in a few… from serving anybody with a need to serving a niche.

As we step into 2013, my aim is to better serve our clients and to do this, we’re making some changes.

Going forward, our goal is to support clients who work in the areas of coaching, consulting and counselling. With my 20 years experience in Human Resources and Training, this choice feels good and it is the right direction for Bauhinia Solutions. If you’re an existing client and in a different industry we want to continue to support you, until you no longer need us {big smile}.

As someone who loves working with business owners, I am going to step back from working with clients on a continuous basis.  My strengths are in the strategies and system implementations and I’m passionate about helping clients to work smarter not harder.  With our packages, our clients get the opportunity to spend one-on-one time with me to talk through their admin challenges and to bounce ideas around about their services, products and marketing.  You will also be able to hire me for consultation sessions if you want to work with me, or if you’re a client and want to work with me more than what your package offers.

So… with that said, I’ve deleted all our previous blog posts {as many are no longer relevant} and updated our website.  I’ll be updating our social media profiles as well as our marketing materials.  My goal is to touch base with each and every one of you {those who are clients} by the end of January and have a chat about your plans for 2013.
