Client Profile:
In the early days of Nicole’s work as a Virtual Assistant—prior to rebranding as Bauhinia Solutions—she often managed creative ad-hoc projects, collaborating with a network of freelancers. One such client approached us with an exciting concept: to launch a skydiving business near the iconic Angkor Wat in Siem Reap, Cambodia. As part of preparing to bring his idea to life, he asked us to design a logo that would visually capture the uniqueness and energy of his new venture.
Our Solution:
1. Logo Concept and Design Options: We worked closely with our freelance graphic designer, Melanie, to develop a logo that would reflect the adventurous spirit and location-specific nature of the business. Three design options were created, each representing different visual interpretations of skydiving near Angkor Wat.
2. Client Selection and Finalisation: After reviewing the concepts, the client selected the version that best captured the essence of his business. The final logo blended visual appeal with a clear connection to the Cambodian landscape and the thrill of skydiving.
The Outcome:
Although the business ultimately did not launch—due to concerns around unpredictable weather conditions and the potential risks for skydivers—the client was pleased with the creative process and the final logo design. This project exemplified how we collaborate with clients to turn their business ideas into brand-ready visuals, even at the earliest planning stages.
