Strategic Casting and Confidential Coordination: We coordinated the recruitment of more than 20 actors based on strict demographic criteria, including age, gender, nationality, and language fluency. These actors were required to fulfil very specific roles across the two day examination period. We also managed the secure distribution of sensitive briefing materials, ensuring that all protocols around confidentiality and eligibility were adhered to.
3. Full Administrative Oversight: From contracts and invoicing, to billing and expense reconciliation, we ensured all aspects of the event were executed within budget, and in line with our client’s expectations. Throughout the event, we remained in close contact with all parties—exam staff, role play actors, and the client—to oversee event flow and problem solve in real time.
4. Continuous Improvement and Long Term Partnership: After the event, we gathered feedback from the examiners and incorporated it into a process review to improve planning and execution for future rounds. As a result of our reliable and professional support, the client has continued to contract us for this event on an annual basis.
