These projects often span three months or more and may not lead to long-term support arrangements. One such project involved helping a veterinary clinic upgrade their marketing materials. The client had created a series of bilingual brochures in-house but felt the design lacked the professionalism and polish required to represent their brand.

Design Brief and Concept Development: The client provided us with their existing leaflets and branding materials, and we worked closely with our freelance Graphic Designer, Shiny, to create two professionally designed options. Drawing inspiration from the “V” shape in the client’s logo, Shiny developed clean, modern layouts that better reflected the clinic’s services and standards.
2. Bilingual Layout and Visual Cohesion: The chosen design featured a tri-fold layout, double-sided, with English on one side and Chinese on the reverse. We incorporated high-quality, professional photographs taken at the clinic to enhance the visual appeal and create a sense of trust and professionalism.
3. Collaborative Selection and Finalisation: Once both design options were presented, the client selected their preferred layout. We finalised the chosen brochure for printing and digital distribution, ensuring the file formats were versatile for future use.

The client received a set of polished, bilingual brochures that were visually aligned with their brand identity.
