Client Request:

Our client needed to create a business proposal for an adventure sports business he and his two partners wanted to start in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Due to requirements of the regulatory bodies the proposal had to be very detailed and he required assistance.

Our Support:

In consultation with our client we created a project plan that allowed us to tackle all of the requirements stipulated by the regulatory bodies. We broke the proposal into sections allowing us to delegate research and typing. We did extensive market research, developed strategies around the launch as well as employing local people, created a budget and then formatted the raw data into a professional business proposal. It was a joint effort – a blend of knowledge and experience between our client and our founder, Nicole Graham.

Early in Nicole’s career she had been part of a team who created detailed business plans and therefore had a solid foundation to provide the right direction for the project. Our client was extremely pleased with the outcome.

The business proposal was submitted, however due to the unpredictable weather patterns and the danger it could be for skydivers, the business idea was changed.
