From humble beginnings of teaching small business owners how to use their computer software, Nicole Graham has {since 2010} evolved Bauhinia Solutions into a boutique business support agency with a team of dedicated and experienced business specialists and virtual assistants.

We are passionate about helping service-based professionals succeed in their business and ultimately in their life.

We consider ourselves more than your standard Virtual Assistants. We like to partner with our clients, working as an extension of their business, and offering solutions rather than problems. If we don’t know how to use a system that meets your needs, we’ll do all the learning for you, without any additional cost to you. When working with our clients, we recommend creating Standard Operating Procedures and/or User Guides so that our knowledge is shared with you.

Computer Training

In 2006, Nicole started teaching small business owners how to use their computer software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). She also taught an introduction course on business blogging using free blogging sites such as Blogger and WordPress.

Remote Support

In 2007, Nicole began assisting small business owners with adhoc tasks such as formatting a Word document or PowerPoint presentation, and short-term projects such as writing computer training manuals. Due to the high quality of work, clients recommended Nicole to their friends in business.

Range of Services

Early 2008, Nicole started collaborating with a small group of experienced freelancers to offer clients a wider range of services. Our projects included logo and brochure design, copywriting or editing content for brochures and simple websites, and setting up Facebook business pages.

Bauhinia Solutions

Nicole started to see a shift in demand from adhoc tasks and short-term projects to long-term, ongoing monthly support. In late 2009, Nicole rebranded to become Bauhinia Solutions and she adopted the multi-VA model, using freelancers to assist supporting her clients.

To ensure clients felt that they had quality and reliable support, we changed our business model to be team-based and in 2013, hired our first employee.
